LCD Cell Edge Grinder
The Edge grinder equipment is divided into the following three product groups and is responsible for edge bevelling and corner grinding in LCD or OLED automatic production process.
- Monitor product range from 12 "to 27"
- Medium to large TV product range from 32 to 55 inches,
- Extra-large TV product range from 60 to 118 inches.
Recently, with the tendency to minimize the border of the product, the function of producing boder-less(or frame-less) panel of CNC processing method is added.
OLED Substrates Edge Grinder
This OLED process equipment grinds the edges and corners of two or four divisions of the original Gen.5 or 6 substrates. Because the glass is going to be used in the organic material deposition process, the system is equipped with pollution prevention technology such as dust collecting method.
Edge Polishing System
This solution is a perfect method for a highly controlled process such as grinding amount of less than 50㎛ is required. Also the edge polishing process improves bending-force-breakage-strength, as well as surface gloss quality.
Sub-micron Particle Inspection System
Since the original substrates used for manufacturing OLED is slim to 0.1 ~ 0.2mm thickness through etching process, the surface quality standard is very high. This glass substrate industry inspection system is equipped with a vibration resistant structure and a reliable high performance optical system so that it can detect foreign substances up to 1 micron to 0.1 micron.
Cell Cutting Inspection
It is the after scribing monitoring system which measures the amount of cut amount and inspects the defective elements after cutting process. The system calculates the calibration data through the measurement results and sends the correction value to the scriber. When used with the Reject Buffer System, customer can automatically load materials classified as defective panel.
Cell Grinding Inspection
It is the after grinding monitoring system which measures the amount of grinded amount and inspects the defective elements after grinding process. The system calculates the calibration data through the measurement results and sends the correction value to the Edge grinder in real time. To take advantage of full automation lines, it is highly recommended to configure it with Reject Buffer System.
Surface Scratch Inspection
Surface scratches of certain sizes and shapes can cause scattering of light and impair screen quality. It is an optical inspection that automatically detects such fine scratches and performs automatic detection and reporting such as size and position. It can be configured with CCI or CGI systems.

Dummy Glass Remover
After Scribing equipment for forced separation and disposal of dummy glass between cell and cell. Usually supplied with Picker Hand logistics devices and reversing units.
